Montana Reinvestment Act
Montana Information Related to the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009
The Montana Department of Administration (DOA) received state general funds that were made available by the Act:
- The Long-Range Building Program (LRBP) will manage state infrastructure and education stabilization projects.
- The Long Range Information Technology Program (LRITP) is a comprehensive and prioritized plan for the state's major investments in information technology resources.
The Act also provides a COBRA subsidy for unemployed workers who meet certain eligibility requirements.
DOA's State Procurement Bureau will provide assistance to state agencies that are contracting for services.
